On Friday, June 20th, your crew of 3 arrived shortly after 9:00 am to begin work on my sewer connection at 11 Paine Ave, Hyannis. They had it operational by noon! Your entire crew from your estimator Steve, Dave, and the work crew was phenomenal! Alan is an awesome machine operator, very smooth and efficient! The other 2, who I think were Chris and Kevin were also very professional and courteous! I was truly impressed with the speed and professionalism of your entire crew! Capewide Enterprises truly does deliver quality and affordabilty!!!!!
Capewide Enterprises was professional from beginning to end. I was worried about having the septic tank pumped, since it had not been done since 1995! The person I spoke with over the phone was very reassuring and knew exactly how to guide me through to process, making it easy for me. The work was done on schedule with no problems.
Capewide located my tank, added a riser to make future access easier, and pumped my tank. Very satisfied with service. On time, on budget, great job. (Brand new pump truck).
I called Capewide Enterprises to empty and inspect the septic system at my home, based on their highly favorable reviews on Angie's List, and they completely met the high expectations I had of them. Their serviceman was very professional and informative, answering the questions my husband had on maintenance and upkeep. Based on their cost and manner of service performed, we will certainly hire again.
